There is always a very important link between desired results for your business and customer satisfaction and customer loyalty. 3. Loyal customer: who always return to your business even if there are other better offers.
Dissatisfied customers, by word of mouth can inform a lot of people about their dissatisfaction with your services, this can be very dangerous for your business because with the internet, these news can reach to a lot of people in just a few minutes, that is why customer satisfaction is so important. While it is always good for any business to have satisfied customers, but it should be your mission to turn these customers into loyal customers by establishing a relationship with them to earn their trust, but you will have to maintain your relationship with these customers as they play a very important role in the existance of your business.

Your customer is not dependent on us, but you are.
You are not doing a customer a favour by helping him, he is doing you one by asking for your help.
Your customer should be an essential part of your business, not an outsider.
A customer is not just money,but he has feelings and deserves to be treated with respect.
Your customer deserves all the attention you can give him,it will make him feel important.
Mostly the customer pays your salary, without him you would be broke.
If you do all the above metioned, then you should not be experiencing any problems concerning customer satisfaction or unhappy customers.
